The manual griddle section features a ¾” thick polished cooking plate, providing excellent heat distribution and retention for consistent cooking results. Manual controls allow chefs to independently adjust burners, offering flexibility for cooking multiple menu items at once.
On the broiler side, the unit is equipped with a 10,000 BTU/hr cast burner with heat-radiating stainless steel mesh, delivering even, high-intensity heat. The three-position pull-out broiler rack and roll-out carriage make loading and unloading food easy, while the full-width removable stainless steel crumb pan simplifies cleanup.
For added convenience and safety, the GB Series includes standing pilots for instant ignition and 4” high adjustable heavy-duty legs for stability.
