The Electric Self-Contained Stainless Steel 2/3 Jacketed Floor-Mounted Tilting Steam Kettle is engineered for heavy-duty commercial cooking, offering precision, safety, and long-lasting performance. With a fully welded stainless steel body, advanced controls, and a forward-tilting design, this kettle is built to handle large-scale food production in restaurants, institutions, and catering operations.

  • Premium Stainless Steel Construction: Ellipsoidal bottom kettle liner made from 316 stainless steel interior and 304 stainless steel exterior, fully welded for durability.

  • Heavy Bar Rim Design:

  • Accurate Measurement: Embossed gallon/liter markings with 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm²) steam jacket rating.
