The RD85 Series features a solid state controller with embedded sensor, allowing temperatures to be adjusted easily from 150ºF to 450ºF. This precise control ensures perfect cooking for everything from delicate breakfast items to high-heat searing. Thermostatic controls every 12 inches maintain uniform heat across the 24” deep cooking surface, while the 1” thick polished griddle plate provides superior heat retention and even cooking.

Each burner is rated at 32,000 BTU/hr and spaced every 12 inches, with aeration panels between burners to increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Safety and convenience are built-in with burner “on” indicator lights, while the large-capacity stainless steel grease can (two on models 48” and above) simplifies cleanup and maintenance.
